This Privacy Policy describes how Focusnow AI ("Focus", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through focusnow.io (the "Site").
Focusnow AI is an Israeli company. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
1. Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit the demo request form on the Site. The fields are:

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data — pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, and general location (country/city level). GA4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) only after you give consent via the banner shown on your first visit. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. You can decline analytics cookies and the site will function identically.
The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This causes your browser to send a request to Google's servers, which may include your IP address. No cookie is set by this request. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information you submit solely to:
- Contact you to schedule and conduct a product demo
- Follow up on your pilot or commercial interest
The legal basis for processing under GDPR is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — specifically, responding to a direct, voluntary business inquiry — and, where applicable, performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Processors
We use the following third-party service to process your submission:

We have signed a Data Processing Agreement with Resend. Your data is transmitted to Resend only once — to deliver the notification email to our team — and is not stored by us in any database.
4. Data Retention
We retain your contact details in our team inbox for as long as the conversation with you is active, or for up to 24 months from your submission, whichever is shorter. After that period, we delete it unless a contractual relationship has been established.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@focusnow.io. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Israel, that is the Israel Privacy Protection Authority.
6. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted to our API endpoint. We apply HTTP security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy) on all responses. We do not store form data in any database — it is forwarded by email and stored only in our team inbox.
7. Children
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
